There are three ways to install and use Flixo Frame:

First, you can install an individual Flixo Frame license directly on your PC or Mac running Windows or as a VM*. 

Upon receiving your payment, we will send by email a unique alphanumeric “ticket” to download and install your license following the installation instructions. If you replace your PC, you must first return your Flixo Frame license electronically to the producer before you can can transfer your license to your new PC/Mac.

*NOTE: Flixo Frame software is slightly different for Apple/IOS and PC/Windows. We must know in advance if you will install your Flixo Frame on an Apple/IOS or use a Virtual Machine.

Please call or send an email prior to placing your order if you plan to install Flixo Frame on a device other than a PC.

Second, you can install and use an individual Flixo Frame on multiple PCs or Macs, but it can be used on only one of them at a time by inserting the special Flixo USB license key (aka “dongle”) which enables the software to run. Thus, you and your colleagues can share a single Flixo Frame license (although only one of you can use it at a time) by passing around your Flixo USB key. 

If you need more Flixo Frame licenses, ask about our discount for purchasing multiple individual Flixo licenses at the same time with a single payment.

Note: Flixo USB key-enabled Flixo Frame is highly recommended for Apple/IOS devices.

Third, you can install Flixo Frame on a network. The price for networked Flixo Frame is higher than the price listed here for an individual Flixo Frame license. If you are interested, please contact us for details and pricing.

The Flixo USB license key is optional. 

It is NOT required for the first installation option. 

It IS required for the second and third options.

If you are ordering Flixo Frame to renew your subscription and already own and use a Flixo USB key to enable your Flixo Frame subscription, you need not order another. Simply select "without Flixo USB key" option below. After receiving your order, we will send instructions on how to reprogram your Flixo USB key to renew your subscription.

If you have used a Flixo USB key for another version of Flixo (such as Flixo Energy or Flixo Pro), we help you reprogram your Flixo USB key to enable Flixo Frame. 

If you need the Flixo USB key for the Flixo Frame installation and use you plan, then please make sure to purchase one with your order if you do not have one already. 

The USB license key is a one-time purchase (unless you lose it).
